What our clients are saying...
Jessica Hardin | Southeastern Oklahoma State University Outside Hitter
I was referred for physical therapy for my knee after my ACL surgery. Andrew and his staff not only helped me to gain strength not only physically but mentally as well. Andrew's attention to detail and consideration of what my body needed and what all my knee could handle has allowed me to make a full recovery. Andrew and the staff he was working with made rehabbing something I always looked forward to in my week. He had a welcoming atmosphere from my first day which was a result of the amazing staff. It was never a dull movement while working with Andrew. He pushed me to grow mentally and physically through my injury and never gave up on me and importantly never let me give up on myself. There was never a question I had regarding my rehab Andrew did not know the answer to. I have never worked with someone so caring and dedicated and my time spent at his clinic has inspired me to go into the field of physical therapy myself. Going through six months of therapy with Andrew changed my life and there are not enough words to describe how thankful I am to have gotten the opportunity to work with him.
Rowdy Parrott | Two-time NFR Qualifying Steer Wrestler
In 2018 I tore my ACL steer wrestling. Shortly after I recovered from that, I tore my pectoral muscle away from my shoulder. Doctors were not sure if I would ever regain full strength in my arm and be able to compete at 100%. Thankfully, I found Andrew and he strategically mapped out my therapy and exercises to get me back. He carefully studied videos of me steer wrestling and created workouts that would benefit not just my shoulder and knee but my entire body. He genuinely cared about my recovery. I can definitely say Andrew’s coaching is one of the main reasons I am still competing today. I actually feel even more competitive post injuries. I couldn’t have done it without him and would recommend him to anyone!
Carston Johnson | Texas A&M Consolidated High School/Aggie Swim Club swimmer
Before I started working with Andrew, I was a 140 pound 6' 1" sophomore. I was having rouble gaining the right type of weight and not really experiencing any time drops in swimming. When we started training, I had been swimming for about 10 years and was faced with a little bit of adversity due to covid-19 shutdowns, decreased pool use, no competitions, and diminished training opportunities. As a result, my family and I decided to reach out to Andrew in order to start a swim-focused strength training program. My mom is a therapist and knew Andrew had just the right skills to help me. In the first three months, I gained 15 pounds of muscle, dropped 4 seconds in one race, and was just overall stronger and went on to swim at junior nationals in Florida. On top of all that, he helped me learn to stretch and helped with pain management. With Andrew's focused training, I am a nationally ranked swimmer and working toward becoming a Division 1 college athlete.
Cooper Raley | A&M University Tie-Down Roper
After my accident, I couldn't even lift my legs to lay on the couch. Andrew not only got me back walking he got me back in the saddle roping and riding again. He personalized workouts for me based on my event. We would watch videos of practice runs, pre and post-wreck to compare areas I needed to improve on. He put me in situations closely related to the actions I do while competing. Whether that be balancing on an exercise ball or stepping off a saddle into sprints. I truly believe that Andrew not only got me back to where I was physically before my accident but improved my ability to rope and compete on the highest level. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!
